Rain during the night, fresh air in the morning. After 3 days hiking (nearly 90 km) I'm used to walking now. it was tough in the beginning because the distances were much longer than I had expected.
This morning I passed nice villages with beautiful gardens, vinyards, olive tree yards, lots of fields with potatoes and corn. It's Saturday and the Portugese people are doing cycling tours. Some singing, everybody shouting Bon dia! I just arrived in Ponte da Lima enjoying fresh koffie and orange juice. Only 10 km left to today 's destination. it starts to rain now, I'm off. Enjoy your weekend!
PS: it turned out to be another 13,5 km with lots of climbing. the cyclists, too, had lots of problems and we cheered them up as if this was La Tour de France.
